There aren’t many things I love more than dessert. In fact, before I even look at the dinner menu at a restaurant, I’m planning what I’ll order for dessert. At home, I love a scoop of ice cream; even better if it’s got toppings! My new favorite topping — Salted Caramel Brittle! It is a small piece of heaven. And you can experience it, too! Just crumble our Salted Caramel Brittle and sprinkle over a scoop (or two) of vanilla ice cream. Might as well drizzle a little Salted Caramel syrup on top. Yep, pure heaven.
